Forno Bravo Pizza Oven

We are adding to our retirement oasis! Today we ordered our Forno Bravo Pizza Oven! We decided to go big and get the Forno Bravo Toscana 110 pizza oven with 44″ cooking floor, hipped structure, Mediterranean Yellow, masonry flue, with brick arch.

Capable of cooking 5 pizzas at a time, or up to as many as 100+ pizzas per hour, this oven can accommodate large parties! We wanted big to be able to cook a small pig in addition to pizzas.

Production lead time is about 6 weeks so our shipping date is June 18th. Now the pressure is on to build the base for the oven.
